Considered by many to be the crown jewel of Boca Raton, Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club is located right down the street from The Boca Raton Resort on the intersection of Camino Real & Federal Highway.

St Andrews is considered by many to be the nicest country club in Boca Raton and possibly in the country. Because of a developer-friendly policy where builders don't have to pay the country club fees while they build, this neighborhood has seen an explosion of new construction.

Le Lac, Boca Raton features mega-mansions on very large lots. This neighborhood is tucked away from the main street and if you didn't know it was there you'd never know.

Homes in Le Lac start around $3,000,000 and have sold for more than $6,000,000. But because there are only a few lots in this ultra-exclusive neighborhood there is not a lot of homes that sell in here.

HOA fees in Le Lac are more than $1,000 per month, but there is no initial equity buy-in like in other country club communities in Boca Raton.

Typically, the homes were built between 1983 - 2002, have Sq. Ft. between 5200 - 12664 Sq. Ft, feature 4 to 7 Bedrooms & 5 to 10 Bathrooms with very large lot sizes between 3 - 4 acres.

The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary, Boca Raton is an ultra-luxury man-gated neighborhood located in East Boca Raton on the intracoastal.

These massive homes started being built around 1980 with new construction homes still being built today. Most of the homes in the neighborhood have water access for a large boat and the neighborhood is separated from the main body of the intracoastal by a large preserve island giving it a very private feel.

The HOA fee is almost $1,600 per month and home prices start around $6,000,000 and can easily go up to $25,000,000 or more. For that, you get homes with 4633 to 13770 Sq. Ft., 4 to 7 Bedrooms, 5 to 10 Bathrooms, plus all the other luxury features you would expect for a $25,000,000 price tag like luxury pools, home gyms/theaters, and much more.

Mizner Lake Estates

Situated on the grounds of The Boca Raton resort, this small gated enclave of homes was built between 1999 and 2006. These are ultra-luxury Mediterranean style homes with prices starting around $9,000,000 and going up from there! And the house isn't the only thing you have to pay for. The HOA fee in Mizner Lake Estates is more than $2,000 per month!

But you're getting a VERY impressive home. Typically these homes have 4 to 6 bedrooms, 6 or more bathrooms, 6,000+ square feet, plus many bonus rooms like offices, home gyms, home theaters, bars, and beautiful pools looking over the golf course.

Long Lake Estates

Long Lake Estates, Boca Raton is located off of Clint Moore Road surrounded by many of the best Country Club communities Boca Raton has to offer. The neighborhood has a very distinct northern feel with extremely large mature trees lining the streets as you drive through the community. 

The homes have always been beautiful and desirable, but since the Pandemic prices have skyrocketed in the community as people valued more space. Now starter homes in the neighborhood are around $3,000,000. Developers are also starting to take note of the neighborhood's popularity and they are buying smaller, older homes in the neighborhood to tear down and build new construction.

One of the main draws to the community is that the homes have large lots. Most of the lots are over 1 acre with homes between 4,000 to 12,000 sq ft. Typically the homes in Long Lake Estates will have 5 or more bedrooms, 5 or more bathrooms, some with tennis courts, basketball courts, or other cool outdoor amenities.

Home prices start around $3,000,000 and can go above $7,000,000 for fully remodeled & finished homes with beautiful lake views.
