Delray Beach can be found in the beautiful Palm Beach County of Florida, just 63 miles from the excitement of Miami, and has around 69,000 residents. 2) The Bridges & Seven Bridges

 

The Bridges is a beautiful community build by GL Homes, Palm Beach County’s largest home builder. It is located on the East side of Lyons Road just North of Clint Moore Road. Seven Bridges, the slightly newer sister community to The Bridges is located directly across the street on the East side of Lyons Road. These communities were built with large clubhouses and all the amenities you could want for luxury South Florida living. The clubhouse features a massive pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, kids play areas, as well as gyms. The clubhouse at Seven Bridges also has a great restaurant that the residents can use. Seven bridges was designed to have a country club lifestyle without the high initial buy in fees or monthly golf & membership fees. There is a mandatory food and beverage minimum at the Seven Bridges restaurant that residents have to pay. The Bridges does not have that fee because they do not have a neighborhood restaurant.

When the neighborhood was starting out homes were priced under $1,000,000. They now start around $1,250,000 for the smaller homes and go up to $4,500,000 for the largest models on the biggest lots in the neighborhoods.

The nice thing about the location of The Bridges & Seven Bridges is the proximity to highways & shopping centers. Right up the street on West Atlantic Ave & Lyons Rd you have Delray Marketplace which has a Publix grocery store, a movie theater, many high end restaurants, casual eateries, and clothing boutiques. You're also only 5 minutes from the Turnpike onramp on Atlantic Ave which can get you anywhere you need to go North or South. 3) Mizner Country Club
