According to the Sun Sentinel, the best time to list a property in South Florida is the week of April 23rd. After analyzing data from 2018, 2019, 2021, & 2022, they came to the conclusion that this was the optimal time due to slightly higher asking prices, almost 17% higher Buyer demand, and 4% fewer price reductions at that time.
You can never time the market perfectly, and whether you list on April 23rd, April 4th, May 23rd, or any other time this year (as long as you list with our team) you will be guaranteed the best marketing and exposure and excellent results.
