Parkland is serviced by 4 public elementary schools including Coral Park Elementary (homes south of Sawgrass Expressway and in the city of Parkland) Heron Heights Elementary, Park Trails Elementary and Riverglades Elementary. Children living south of Sawgrass Expressway attend Forest Glen Middle School and children living north of Sawgrass Expressway attend Westglades middle School. Coral Springs High School located off of Sample Road, are for children 9-12th grade living south of Sawgrass Express Way and students living north of Sawgrass expressway attend Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
