We were living in London in 2020 and decided to return to Ft. Lauderdale after many years abroad. Mary Banatte was introduced to us through mutual friends and we retained her services to find us a property in Ft. Lauderdale. We could not have been happier with our choice of realtor. After several showings she eventually found us the perfect house in Wilton Manors. (I may add, that we were back in London at this time). Mary did a fantastic live video of the property for us and subsequently attended to contracts, inspections and everything else with professionalism and great cheerfulness. Fast forward to June of 2022 ….we decided to downsize and make the most of the current real estate upswing. Again, we retained Mary’s services to list our property. It was a done deal within weeks and we closed two weeks ago! She was always quick in communicating with us and no question went unanswered or unsolved. Found Andy through Zillow and reading reviews! He was everything plus I read. He is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He gives you a detailed plan and process and keeps you informed with each step. I had renters and he organized everything with them as well. From the listing, to showing, inspection and closing he took care of each step and was very timely in all steps. Would recommend Andy to all for sure!

Andy did a fantastic job selling our home in Kensington in Coral Springs. We had dealt with another realtor previously but he did not have the work ethic and aggressiveness that Andy displayed. We listened to Andy's advice about pricing, staging, and marketing and we are very happy with the results. The house sold very quickly and we were the highest priced sale in the neighborhood, even though the house still needed some upgrading.
